I would like to say how pleased I am with the new driveway that Pioneer Paving has just completed for me. As you know, after the old macadam was removed, a base was applied and allowed to settle for about two weeks before the work could continue. In the interim eight days of heavy rain followed.

Since the original burm was removed a large gulley formed the length of my driveway. While I thought that disaster had struck, your great crew followed up with additional base material and tons of equipment to finish the job.

You could have simply ignored the issue of the degrading asphalt mix, but instead you took every effort to correct the problem and in essence re-asphalt the parking lot again with a better grade material than was first used.
